The video on Kozinski's computer was, by all accounts, one that's made the rounds of email mailing lists of an aroused donkey chasing a guy who was trying to take a dump on the side of the road, and that's not bestiality, that's Jackass-style crude humor.
Kozinski is roundly hated by a large portion of the Left. I take their criticism with somewhat more cynicism.
This is not good. Kozinski is one of the few friends of the Second Amendment on the bench in California.
