Fatal Road-Rage Shooting In Maryland

Shooter was New Jersey police officer. He is charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter and is being held on $1 million bond.

    I guess when he got out of NJ, "proper procedures" were not followed and "professional courtesy" was not extended.
