I bake bread too but I use my wonderful bread Machine. I love that thing and it makes great bread. BTW I recommend Hudson Cream Flour for bread. It's available in VA I think. Try it. You will like it.
Every Sunday morning I jaywalk across the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Sixth Street at 3:30AM. This morning there was a steady rain.
