I just overheard the Brady Center guy tell an interviewer, "If you were a betting person, you would have to say that the Supreme Court will extend the Second Amendment to cover the states."

    That's how I see it too.

    Wouldn't it be grand it SCOTUS also declared that the 1968 gun act and NFA were also repealed?
