Heller vs. D.C.

I am reminded by Crime, Guns and Videotape that the Supreme Court will hand down a decision in the Heller case soon. Decisions are handed down on Mondays. The current court "session" ends on June 23rd; that's the last Monday in which a decision may be handed down, and given the controversial nature of Heller, the announcement will probably be made that day.
