Uhhhh.....I thought no permanent records of these were to be kept, and only the paper copy at the FFL who sold the gun was allowed to be kept....

When they go out of business, an FFL is supposed to ship their 4473s to West Virginia. There are, supposedly, pallets full of unscanned 4473s in the warehouse.
