Reason Magazine article about Montana's unique guarantee from Washington in 1889 that the right of "any person" to bear arms would never be repealed.
"If the [U.S. Supreme] Court comes down on the side of a collective right, they argue, it would breach the compact for statehood between Montana and the federal government."
Maybe Montana would let me be their ambassador to Nevis and St. Kitts. I would also accept St. Barts. Third choice would be Bermuda. I'd have diplomatic immunity!
