Now if you have an upset stomach and you lay down and put a puppy on your stomach, the stomach problems will subside. Put putting a grown dog on your stomach while you're arching back in yoga, I just don't get. Neither does the dog, judging by the "do not want" look on its face.
I recently started yoga and heard about 'yoga with dogs.' I thought, hoped even, it was a joke.
Any chance it still is?
