Looks like a collection of old hunting rifles and shotguns, some of them older than I am. Neighbors told reporters that the guns were inherited from the old man's grandfather and uncle.
The drugs? Paxil, Xanax and so forth; the "suspects" had prescriptions for them.
Typical New York City hysteria. I wonder, what was the basis for the search warrant? Might be an interesting test case if all of the residents have clean criminal records.

It's the typical hysteria of the state-run media and people who have no idea about what firearms are and which firearm is which.
However, one day when some thug approaches them with a knife, they hand over the wallet and he guts them anyway, they'll wish they took the time to learn and arm themselves.
But, did the cops steal the guns? I see four .22s there. Where's the "assault rifles?" There's gotta be at least one. Everbody knows that. Can't be a druggie's gun cache without at least one "assault rifle", street sweeper or machine gun.
Ah...geez.. Once again the MSM over-reacts along with the NYC police dept... I don't see anything there that could possibly be considered an assault weapon...
