They started on this while I was in Indy and finished last Saturday. Stripped it down to the walls and rebuilt it. The original dated from 1954 and had a yellow linoleum floor and a leaky tub. The new improved version has a GFI outlet and a ceiling vent fan.

How much did it cost? Remember that Krieghoff K-32 4-barrel skeet set that I used to mention from time to time? Ain't gonna happen.

I'm doing something similar, but it's taken me about six months to get to where I am now . . . no sense rushing things, right?
I found a guy who charged me only for labor. I had to buy all the materials and bring 'em back from Lowe's. But I signed up for a Lowe's credit card and got a 10% discount on my first purchase, which was nearly everything, and the discount was over $100.
